Hi, I’m Jenny! I’ve been a Registered Dietitian for 15+ years and have helped thousands of clients lose weight, reverse diabetes, manage autoimmune conditions, get pregnant and lower cholesterol all through food. I went to University of Delaware for my undergrad degree and NYU for graduate school. Not only have I studied the heck out of nutrition, but I also have personal experience struggling with a terrible relationship with food.

For 20 years I starved myself, binged and purged, took laxatives, hated my body and punished myself through what I allowed myself to eat. I suffered debilitating anxiety and landed in the ER multiple times from panic attacks that I now know where exacerbated by my unhealthy eating habits. It wasn’t until I started eating MORE of the right nutrients that I wasn’t a slave to food anymore. I’m at my healthiest weight since high school after having four babies and with zero calorie counting or intense workouts. I’m living proof that you can completely change your body — and your life — through what you put in your mouth. I’ve made it my life’s mission to save other people who struggle with the same nonsense I did.

Danelle Aliseo, AGNP, AHN is a Board-Certified Holistic Nurse Practitioner. She is Founder of Heal Functional Medicine. She graduated from New York University’s nationally acclaimed Adult Primary and Holistic Care Nurse Practitioner Program. She then went on to work in functional and integrative medicine at Rahav wellness in Manhattan with Dr. Miriam Rahav before opening her own center in Point Pleasant, NJ. She has completed courses in functional medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine, trained in biological medicine through the Alpstein Clinic in Gais Switzerland, completed training in Autonomic Response testing through the Klinghardt Academy, Certified in bioenergetic testing, Certified in Integrative Mental Health through the IMMH Program, completed courses through the integrative health symposium, the association for the advancement of restorative medicine and certified in PRP injections. She has been working in the medical field for 12 years with 6 years of experience in Functional and Integrative Medicine. She was drawn to integrative medicine after years of witnessing the suboptimal care that was given through the conventional model.

Permanent Makeup Artist / Trainer and Esthetician

Heidi has extensive experience with semi-permanent makeup and has obtained her Platinum Level Membership with The Academy of Micropigmentation, which has advanced her to a trainer in the industry. Continual education is her passion, pushing her forward into Paramedical tattooing including Areola restoration and scar camouflage.
In addition, Heidi studied at Christine Valmy, obtained her esthetician license and is an EPL ( Experienced Practicing Licensee ). She has trained in the esthetic field with microneedling, plasma, plant and human stem cells, hair restoration, acne, facial lymphatic drainage, and more.
Ethics and Integrity are the foundation of her work.
